Baratti is the only Etruscan town built on the sea, just behind its Gulf. Definitely impressive is the Rock of Baratti, from whose top you can enjoy an enchanting landscape where visitors stop to rest during the many excursions to do. Near the bay is an archeological park that includes a good part of the city including the old Etruscan necropolis, site visited and every year more and more sought after by tourists.
